I have 3 yoe in Infosys my base pay was 3.5 LPA in Infosys and i switched to Accenture they gave me CL 10 my base pay is 7.6 LPA and 20% variable pay so total 9 LPA my experience is 3.3 yrs am I underpaid???

You are underpaid. With 3.3 yrs experience, you should be getting atleast 10 LPA.

Why do you feel underpaid? As an inhouse employee, i have 11 LPA that too as a Tech lead with 11 years experience

You are underpaid as I was got offered for 11.75 CTC with 3+ years experience where 9.75 LPA was fixed
