I will be joining TCS, Mumbai after 2.5 years in US. Will be having a management call for salary discussion. What should I expect and negotiate? YOE: 10

Salary of TCS employees are in a broad range for 10 years experience, so it's very difficult to suggest anything. For a reasonable person you shd not settle for anything less than 25LPA, and anything above 35 will be too much from TCS standards.
