Salary Discussion and perks

I was working in a company (MNC) handling almost 5-10k employees worldwide.

I am planning to go back the same after a 2.4 months spend in the current company.

I am planning for a long term commitement due to work life balance for the same company i was working earlier.

I need suggestion on what salary and perks should i ask them as per market standards. Like at least 30% salary hike and some xyz amount as joining bonus etc.
