I have 10+ YOE and am earning 23 LPA in native Android app development. Location : Bangalore
How much package can I get in Android app development with this experience. Please mention if I do need to upskill myself for it,
For typical service based companies this package is proper.
However I understand where you are coming from given the cost of living in Bangalore.
You can expect min 30 LPA while applying for other companies in Bangalore however they might require additional skills from you (e.g. creating apps in react native or flutter).
