Salary discussion

Nothing like too much or too little. Negotiate what you can, if feel its less, look for greener pastures, move on into a new role if you can find one that aligns with your skills, targets and pays better. A lot can change in an year. I know people who have had their pay 1.5x within a span of 1 year while staying at the same job as well. Don’t worry about less or more. It is what it is. What you make of it from here on will matter much more.
