Salary discussion
I came in tcs with functional experience as a recruiter I have 9 years of experience 2 years back I moved in salesforce domain as a developer I have 2 years of experinece as a salsforce developer , my current salary 10 lpa in tcs ,and have completed 4 years with tcs ,should i try for another compnay or i should stay in tcs for more time please suggest .
Move on. Sales force dev is in demand skill. You can get good hike

What do you get after 5 years? Either no hike or 4-5% hike max.
Your gratuity would be basic15/265 which won't amount to much. You can calculate yourself..
