Salary discussion

I am currently working with TCS as Senior. automation Tester with 14.95 LPA from past 3.6 years, got less than 10% hike. I have total 11 years of experience. Now I have resigned and got offer with 20 LPA (18+2) from Capgemini with Manager position. Wanted to know is the compensation good or I should try for counter offers.

25-28 lpa is maximum u can get for automation Testing, so 20 is less but accept it and keep searching in np .. for u to reach 20 in tcs would take u another 4-5 years

People may say this is less and you can get more. But waiting here will make you slower in growth only. Take this opportunity and again get a jump after 2-3 years. Those who stick to one company never grow.
This is not bad compensation considering your current pay. But keep hunting until date of joining.
