Hi everyone, I have total experience 5.6 years in MERN STACK with AWS, I have got offer from TCS as 18 LPA, My current CTC is 13.80 LPA, Is this offer is good as per my career, or How much should expect?
Say no to TCS even for 30 LPA, period. 5 days work from office, full formals, they check even your shoes of they are formal or not. Too strict work policies, no flexibility. Bro, try other comps, they will offer u 20 easily + hybrid. Just leverage the offer of TCS and negotiate elsewhere. I would have done the same if I knew about TCS before. 😭😭

I had a discussion with HR, they said we will offer 10 % CTC from the current CTC. I said not interested in your job post
You did the right thing. Keep at it, there are much much better companies. Also, FYI - unless u have more than 6 months gap, it's not considered a gap, I have taken 2 months between jobs refined all my learnings, prepared hardcore and then gave my best. Don't give in to peer pressure/ even parents pressure, take some time off think calmly and act on it. All the best bro 👍👍👌
