I have this doubt for a long time
Will our salary be reduced if we forget to fill the timesheet/ attendance ?
I used to fill the timesheet and end of the every week
Since I'm working shift based (24/7) project and my weekoff is Thursday and Friday
I used to fill the timesheet every Wednesday evening....
So 27 - 31 I didn't fill
Today i received my salary and i was shocked
Nearly 2k reduced....
Can anyone help 🙏
As you said, you didn't fill for 27-31 of july, this will be auto deducted leave that will be effected on 3rd. By then you have to fill your time sheet. You will also have one more week to reverse your leave by filling time sheet. Still if you don't fill, that will be considered as anual leave only. In case if you don't have annual leave balance, it will be considered as loss of pay and the salary will be deducted in next month. So, you check the salary slip where it got deducted
Timesheet won’t effect salary. Payslips are available by 5pm so check for the gaps
Afaik timesheet missed is considered as LOP, you can talk HR and it might be adjusted
