I have 10.10 years and working as Senior DevOps at , I have a HR round for Johnson Control , need a suggestion how much could be asked ?

Current salary : 25.1 LPA Experience : 10.10 JCI is offering career level 173 Any suggestion would be helpful

Not sure, not many reports available online to get the avg salary.

But dont take anything less than 33.5 lakhs fixed/base. This will increase your take home by ~50k inr post taxes.
