Salary deduction reg

Hi,

I am on bench now. I haven't filled timesheet for few days. On those days I haven't reported to rmg instead of applying leave on those days. I fo haven't filled timesheet. Now I have got salary where 3000 rupees got deducted from my salary . Because of the timesheet leaves . When I rise ticket to helpdesk they asked me to connect with HR for cancellation. Will they take action against me?
