Salary deduction

Hi all,

I was on the bench from 28 November 2025 today I got allocation.

During my Bench time , I didn't go to powai as per RMG , but I went nearby and swiped my card.

Now RMG is saying she will stop/deduct salary for this month.

So is it possible ,such rules exists in TCS

Nahhh I think its a scare tactic so just ignore. Thos3 people usually stoop to any level to get you to do crap however they want it done. So just do you dude and ignore the noise.

Even if they do this chuck em. Fight back and ask justification. Can pick it up from there.
