Trending @Capgemini; Salary Deduction - Need Advice

Previous Month I got my salary 35.3k and this month they have deducted my salary and gave me 29k. Previous Month I got a rating and promotion from A4 to A5 and I got a rating 1.

Anyone Facing the same?

Talk to HR immediately. Promotions and top ratings should mean more money, not less. Something's off.

Download ur current Payslip and previous ones.. compare what is deducted and why

Maybe previous months u received allowances. Check with salary slip

Same with me.. But previous months we received added salary after promotion to A5. But for august they deducted not getting the reason..
