Salary deducted due to RTO non compliance!!! No QVA either.

Anyone received NEGATIVE Arrears for December month? Due to which this month’s salary is reduced. FYI I’m not maintaining RTO . For last quarter rto was 24 %. Till last month only QVA was getting deducted but this time main salary component reduced too.

Looks like this time they have distributed your qva to people having 100% rto. People are receiving more than 100% QVA

QVA deduction was fine, but why the amount was deducted from main salary? That is beyond my understanding!!
