Salary deducted

My 2 office index for last quarter was 73% So i got only 50% of my miscellaneous component. Is there a way i can get the reimbursement of the deducted amount?

No you can't get reimbursement. Atleast read the policy. They said that they will pay quarterly based on wfo index.

I HAVE READ the policy. My WFO index has been in the similar range for a long time. But this is the first time my variable pay war reduced

60-75 50% 75-85 75%
85 above 100%

No you will not get your variable amount in any way . Better to raise RTO exception for coming months
