Salary deducted as I didnt show up to the particular TCS office.
Hi, Is it possible that TCS can deduct my salary if i refuse to join the project and punch in to the nearest TCS office? They considered as LWP for the days i didnt went to client office. Can we do something about it????

Leave and move on with this love .... See in the market if somebody else values you and then switch. TCS has got a great ninza technique to fire their employees , irritate them in name of policies and then they will resign themselves!!!

Policy says that if we are not reporting to office, variable pay won't come also city allowances will not come..
