What a great increase in salary for all of us!!! Such a biggest amount ,i cannot even imagine that anyone can get such a great increase.
I’m completely fed up of all this. First they don’t give us projects at all (from one year i have been waiting). They give all these work policies like no hybrid mode and 9+ working hours everyday and to not take more than one or two leaves in bench period. Now this so called “increase” in salary.
There is a diff of 400/- for 3 and 4 rating person
I do not know if its based on my 2 rating or the fact that they did not allocate me to any project from long time … i just got 500 rupees hike 🤦🏻♀️😶.. wish they give me a project to work on instead of this so called “merit hike”.
Being in prohect i got 444 only
Guys , work on uplift your skills else every year you will end up this 3/4% hike. I understand the pain for less then 3 yrs exp guys but you don’t have other options then study hard and switch whenever opportunity comes , grace with both hands . Be positive
I will switch into whatever company i get the offer from … i do not care from which company🤦🏻♀️… the only problem is i am not being considered at all as i am not receiving any interview calls

Well I am PA and I got 2 rating when I was PAT that for 2023 . Now I got 2 or 4 % hike it same as anyone one of u 😂
I got 5 rating and got around 5k hike
