Salary cut or peanut hike for forcing people to leave TCS
TCS is actually doing for its employees to just leave it without firing anyone so its brand doesn't suffer and also profit would increase as we know revenue is not increasing. 1 teer 2 nishane.
Bro, reducing employee count will increase the profitability is not a correct thought.
You may be less experienced to understand this, but there are opportunities that go out of tcs because of resource unfulfilled. So reducing resource is the last thing tcs will think of.
Bro around 70k people are on bench, TCS simply wants to reduce work force. And I know you are more than enough qualified to understand the unethical salary cuts.
I agree on unethical salary cuts. There are instances. But to your surprise there are many people who wishes to be bench purposefully. And it is not only tcs, you see all other services company does the same unethical practices. In no away I’m defending tcs but just trying to point out that this shit is deep inside all the other companies.
