SALARY CUT DUE TO LWP

I have applied 1LWP last month and my system, outlook, teams everything blovked couple of days back

IS team raised a ultimatix ticket on behalf of me. And the statys now is they will mention hr to activate my ID. My concern is that once it is activated and will the salary be blocked for this month?
