Hi I joined Infosys Recently on 14th of August 2025 and i got to know that I will get Assured 50% of performance bonus Each Quarter , but today i got the Salary Notification without bonus , So when i can expect bonus , is they give separately ??

Performance bonus will be paid with November salary for the quarter: July, August, September. Since you joined mid August you will receive only 1.5 month's performance bonus.

PB comes according to financial quarter. currently 3rd quater will be ending on 30th Nov where you will get PB along with yout salary

Performance bonus in infosys given in the middle (second) month salary payout of every quarter for the previous quarter. Jan - mar in May Apr - Jun in Aug Jul - Sep in Nov Oct - Dec in Feb
