I belong to band B2 and my CTC is 18.9 LPA YOE: Around 8.5 Am I underpaid or this CTC is fine ?

For B2 band it is high. You should try to get into B3

Bro, you are def underpaid. With 8.5 YOE and band B2, you should be getting at least 22-24 LPA. Time to have a chat with your manager or look for better opportunities. 💪

If you are earning less that 20 with more than 5 years of experience you are doing something wrong. If you are in management then all good but if you are in tech then wish you best of luck. I know this might come out to be rude but just stating facts.
