18moSalary comparison. LTI Mindtree and TCS
Hi I am SAP consultant with 6.5y exp. Got offer from LTI MIndtree and TCS. Current CTC 12.5LPA in EY Ind. Which is better company? I have no idea about LTI Mindtree.
TCS - 19 LPA (fixed -17.8 LPA) LTI - 22 LPA ( 20 fixed) Can someone explain how the variable pay is credited in LTI mindtree.

Go for LTI. Whether the company fires you or not isn’t in your hands. Worry about what is in your hands and work towards it. Job security in TCS is a sham.
