Which one is better for career progression Like APM at a startup or a PA in big MNC
Faang+ for shorter term then you can get bigger packages

I have done this role thing in my career. Role doesn’t matter. I was in the same designation for two years in company A and later was given a double promotion. I left company A and joined a better company B at a lower designation for exposure. Later I got back the same designation I held at company A at company C (my salary and resume became fatter).
The company's name has AI in it if I am correct :)
Had an on-campus offer from that company of similar CTC which then revoked that offer. Will never love that company
