I am a B1 Associate Consultant working in genai POCs till now, 3YOE but didn't get any chance to work in billable projects.

My current ctc is 5.6lpa, I feel underpaid here, is it less or this is the avg salary of B1 here.

Underpaid or not, depends on your skills not just YOE. But if you still don't get any chance to work on projects, time to switch

In Capgemini this is the salary..... Try to switch.... You can easily get 15 lpa. Just don't settle for the first one.
