Salary Check

Hey folks! I've been working as a Product Manager for the past three years. Got to know about the salary ranges of dev folks in my org. Also, Thanks to this app in a way as well for more details on salary levels.

I'm just posting here to check if my wife is underpaid. Experience - 6 years Domain - QA Skills - API testing, DB testing, Moded testing, Performance testing, CI/CD.

CTC - 16 Fixed + 1 Variable.

Pls share your inputs. I've been pushing her to switch for a better pay. Not sure if it's worth. So wanted to check with folks who will have some knowledge on this.
