Salary Check

I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect YOE 12 33 base + bonus 5L bonus. RSU - 50K USD across 4 years PF etc - 2.5L

Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it. I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

Adobe doesn't pay well. But gives you a great work environment to grow and create wealth. I would recommend to take this. This doesn't looks like low balling.

So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs

Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.
