I am working in HCL for the past 2.4 Years Now my role is Senior Software Engineer with the Package of 4.77 LPA. And i am working in Healthcare Support Role night shift. Is that a good salary? Also i have got the Promotion on December 2024. Will i get the annual hike? If yes when i will get the Hike. Please share your response. Note - Whoever joined with me they only got software engineer because of my performance I got Senior Software Engineer.
Switch , you can ask for 10LPA, you might get or not get , but anything less than 8 LPA is kind of less only for 2.5 yoe
Bro companies are ready to give 8 lpa for me but I don't have that much technical knowledge i feel i stucked here also the project i am currently working is not related to any coding or easy learning things. I have to learn my own without any free source its very hard. Also no training was provided properly
For 3 years people easily get 12 to 15 lpa easily on switch
