Salary check

I have an offer for Founder's office role for 18.8L all inclusive, remote setup. I feel I'm being low balled as glassdoor, ambitionbox, payscale, 6figr say avg salary is 23-25L with 3L bonus

Thoughts?

Depends on the domain and current situation of the company.

It's a central role and at 6yoe you should have got ~ 25L IMHO. Else, try to see if you can get a Joining Bonus and Mid year appraisal to cover this.
