Been seeing a lot of posts about salary negotiations and calculations, so I thought I'd share something that helped me out.

P.S. Just update your fixed pay, change the % and values on components and living expenses tab, and the rest is all formula driven.

Some issues here. Current income in F13 is inclusive of taxes? Because expected income in f18 is post taxes.

Yes current income both in F13 and F14 is post taxes. Some companies have a monthly variable component (for eg: performance based, % share of no. of successful sales etc), so the one in F13 is just your (monthly) fixed+variable.

You have missed 10% surcharge on income tax if the taxable income is above 50,00,000
