I have joined accenture on 2019 sept and got only 1 promotion till now and base salary is below 7LPA and people who joined accenture after me are juniors to me and are in the same CL are earning near to 8.8 LPA (base salary) I don’t understand this kind of things at accenture and his DU gave him 30%+ hike for 2 times

Honestly, I am experiencing the same. I joined in early 2020 at CL12. Got promoted to CL11 in Sept 2021. Im due for my next promotion now, but my managers keep pushing it to further quarters. Whereas people who joined 2 years after me at CL 11 are getting promoted. At this point, it's just frustrating!
Same with me ... During 2021 and 2022 they hired like hell. Now they say no money to give hikes
