I have 3 offers in hand, can you help me which one to choose, I am having 3.4 YOE

Accenture - 7.6 fixed + 1.6 var
Cognizant - 8 fixed + 45k var
IQVIA - 9.5 fixed + 65k var

Go for the highest paid... that being said, I don't know which tech stack you are from, so I can't give you an idea if you are severely underpaid or not, but wherever you join, try to switch in a year for a salary at least>15 LPA... fixed
