Salary bracket

Dear experts, May I please know the salary bracket for a senior manager in EY or PWC? I have been offered as below. Need expert advice in choosing the offers.

EY - 37 lakhs fixed + 3.7 lakhs joining bonus + 5 lakhs bonus it’s more like variable pay PWC - 40 lakhs fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus + 10% bonus Designation- Senior manager YOE - 13

I’d place my bet on 40LPA. Rationale : variables and bonuses are anyways subjective to inflow of business and overall LOS financial health and performance irrespective of the firm. So why not earn 3L more each year while slogging the same
