Salary Bands for Deloitte

Hi people!

I have just converted the role of a Senior Consultant in Deloitte USI in Advisory - CFO/EV Practice. My current CTC is 39.33 (32.5 fixed). What can I negotiate for? Please suggest.

Deloitte provides hike mostly on base salary. S Con starts at 30 and hovers around 45 for SC3 (just before you become M) you can ask for 42
