The joke is your entire career is with infy, and the mentioned salary range is as per industry standards. Glad that you are working in the labour standards. Road side vegetable vendors make 1200 profit per day. The auto driver makes 1100- 2000 per day.

I am not a manager. But, whatever I shared are the minimum standards in any service based companies. If you are below this range then you are under paid. I can see that lots of people are complaining that they are not receiving even half of the minimum salary. I am very sorry for your situation and they are stuck in a comfort zone. I have recently interviewed one guy x-infy, left org with 6 years of experience and salary was 7 lakhs. Two years later, last Saturday (
Last Saturday (27thApril 24) he attended an interview in Infosys,and his package was 23LPA and expecting 30LpA. I was just laughing 🤣🤣🤣 at his expectations, in two years he accelerated 4X times or is he just lying. But, I rejected him.
