I am having 5.2 years of experience and working as senior software Engineer. My client is Deutsche Bank having salary of 6.2lpa. I have been given as excellent performance rating with 9 average last year and this year also. Received Live wire award for best performance. But underpaid. Not increasing at all. Worried tensed. Not getting opportunity outside. Completed GCP CDL and ACE. Kindly help or suggest some companies.
Bro, what the hell you are doing with your life, I am in HCL joined in 2022 as Senior Software Engineer with a CTC of 6LPA. Currently (6.36LPA) with 1.9yrs of experience. Why are you still there try for outside if they are not giving you CTC according to your experience.

Do some changes in your resume then for this much experience its impossible that you will not get calls, change your resume according to the JD check ATS Score then apply with that resume. Do some certifications relevant to your role. Ask for referral from yoyr friends in other companies. Kepp on trying dont stick to one job app, go with multiple Linkedin, Naukri, Monster, Apna etc etc. Make profile on all and then apply.
Bro I think you are underpaid. I joined HCL with 5 years of experience last year with 20 LPA. Try outside don’t expect hike internally coz they won’t do.
