Salary Ask Help

What should be my salary ask for the PM/SPM role?

Profile: Tier 2 engineering 3 years in a unicorn startup in a tech/product role. Tier 1 MBA Post- MBA: 1 year in a global tech consulting firm as a PM Total YOE: 4 Total PM experience: 1.5 years

Current: 19.5L (fixed+bonus); variable separate

Please help.

Considering your YOE and tier 1 MBA background you can easily make 25-30 if you interview well for PM and can get into a proper product company that values PM and pays for the skill

T1 MBA 4YOE , 30-35 should be the least. Current is VERY low
