Hello community, Thanks for being viewing my post Just wanted to know i joined infy oct 2022 Still haven't got any hike is there any news regarding appraisal process you got please do let me know
No one got the hike letter. This year it's doubtful. Last year also they didn't give hike..I don't know how employees are staying quiet without hikes and shockingly attrition is down !!
Yes last year also they told those who joined infy 2 years before they are only eligible no response from managers also they are getting the hikes the issue is with low level employees only what to doits really tuff better to join a mid size companies atleast every year they provide hikes
It's all fake, there is partiality in Infosys I got hike without even asking and gave me 3-5% total.i hand i got 2k after declaration best part is people with lower bands are getting more with hike than what I am with hike. Some got good hike. Infy is shit and most importantly the manager's horrible he is calling me on my cell phone at 9 pm to discuss work, that basterd is working from Europe and expects we will be available all the time.
