Trending @Capgemini; Salary Appraisal
I have joined Capgemini in 2022 and till date I haven't received any appraisal and also nobody is willing to talk about appraisal cycle..Does anybody can guide me what to do for this.. Also can we expect joining bonus after 2 years
In the eyes of the management, you already have a higher package as per your experience/band.
Still you can talk to HR and ask about the reason they will give you. Keep all this on email
As a 2022 batch, u don't expect a salary hike from the organization. If ur on project and ratings is "succeeding" or better than this then u may expect promotion (depends on BU & N+1 & N+2). You will definitely get hike in July cycle of 2025. If you want to discuss then connect to HR once they may guide u.
