Salary and job switching

Hi everyone

I was a professional sports person till 2015 and now working in the corporate sector in product development & product marketing domain.

I currently earn 20l p.a. and I am currently in my 3rd company which is in the banking sector.

I want to switch after sometime because travel for me is a real issue with close to 2 hours each way and i feel i need to earn more because I have a little one on the way and i know the expenses involved.

Currently with my experience of over 8 years (I am 35 years currently) do you think I should be earning more
