Salary and Grade after 4 year promotion?

Hello guys,

I'm currently in my 3rd year and serving notice period in TCS, While discussions manager told me to stay you will get promoted in your 4th year.

I want to understand what my Grade and salary will be after the 4th year.

My salary now after 3 years is 4.3lpa and Grade is C1Y I am a Bsc.IT graduate.

Please don't stay only on assurance. It's never concrete. People wait for years and are still waiting for promotions/ onsite opportunities etc based on assurance. It's better to find good opportunities outside, at least they are fool proof.

And for the salary, IF you get promoted it increases by 15% thats all.

You will get IT Analyst role for which you will get an increment around 80-90 k per year in which most of it goes to variable pay. End of the day your package will not have much hike. Don’t fall for these false commitments and if you get a better offer proceed with it.
