Salary and CTC fuck ups

I made the biggest mistake of the professional life when I lowballed myself in my first job out of my MBA..since then everything has dictated on basis of that 5.5LPA figure..which I'm still around that figure..to put it into context a colleague doing the same job closed a 6LPA when I was making much lesser 3 years ago..

How do I get back some leverage and correct my compensation ?
