Hi I joined infosys on july-2021, I’m eligible for TA promotion this year. What will be my salary after TA?
When did you get confirmation about the promotion
I checked with my manager, he said either this quarter or next quarter will be promoted
I have checked my manager and HR by default 3 yrs you will be completing so that quarter you will be promoted
It will be around 38k based on the shift and location it might differ because of allowance and state government rule.
It is hike given during promotion or the final one including hike?
The final one might be differ but it will be an approximate amount i heard from my friends who were working in the role!
Everybody eligible don’t get promoted immediately it’s always staggered based on rating and number of slots. Hike usually will be 15-20% range for promotions
I m also from same batch.. so first let know how u got to know u r eligible for promotion??..
