So after my above comment i can say safely 15 loa is a definitely gettable if you are above average

So my team mate from testing background worked with my project for 3.5 years. She was good no doubt and had spark. Comm skills were also above average. And she talked mature though she was wilp with just 3.5 years. She left wipro from 19000 stipend to 13.5 lakhs in Bangalore in Testing and that too manual testing plus some automation. She paid 40000 as bond money and left her mtech degree with wipro. She is good with her bsc degree. She is planning to do an mba in next 4 years and then Project Manager Role! And this happened last month only. Another team mate of mine did the same but he got 7 lpa he went to development role.
