Nope. If you fail PIP you will be terminated immediately no notice period or additional salary will be given. If you don’t accept PIP and take the resignation option you will get 4 months salary. Do confirm with hr if it’s basic pay or full salary. In second option you will be released immediately .

No such option. If you don’t attend PIp meeting. It will be insubordination, and you will be terminated based on that. Attend the meetings understand your goals, judge the feasibility and then take a call whether you want PIP or 4 months salary with immediate (bench) release
