Salary after new labor law

Does anyone have any idea how our salaries be impacted with new labor law. TCS gives very less basic compared to CTC but as per new labour law BASIC should be 50% of CTC. Are they going to apply that to our compensation? Any communication regarding it

If they apply then our in hand will be less due to more of deduction

Correct. And that is we should be given a session atleast by HR on how are they planning to implement it. How it impacts our CTC n stuff
