Salary advice for job switch

I am currently working at 11 lpa with 15% variable in Noida. I recently got an offer of 16 lpa with 15% variable in Banglore. Here the insurance and Gratuity is over and above CTC. That means Gratuity and Insurance is not deducted from the 16 lpa. Should I join the new company ROIwise and what would be my inhand on my fixed part out of 16 lpa which is 13.6 lpa based on the new tex regime applicable from April 1 2025
