Before 19th of every month, 6 times in a FY. Post that manager approval is needed. If you take once or twice it's ok Cons: Just think, if you are switching job and submitting payslips to new company and you have a history of salary advance in your payslips for many months, how it looks

Once my fucking manager rejected my salary in advance stating that how much time you will take advance . salary so less that I cant afford this salary age 34 salary 29k ..I have so much of responsibility. No salary increment no promotion. ..even though you get eligible
