Finally. Most people agreeing that this is a good package. So the bar is now really high. Some years ago a 4x is a good package. Now that has become 9 or 10x. Congrats to the author on the offer.

That's a pretty generous stocks package.

Just consider the taxation, when you exercise the stocks, it is counted as income, so you might end up paying tax at 30% or whatever the value is. Which will eat into your fixed.

Really good if that's 50L stocks/yr. Around 9x YoE as TC is always nice.
