Anybody has any idea of what is the minimum average salary of C3A ?and in case of promotion do they match that minimum or give higher % to those with low CTC?

For C3A grade, the minimum average salary is around ₹9-10 lakhs per annum. Promotions usually come with a 10-15% hike, but it can vary based on performance.

They don't match, a C3A Employee can get minimum 8 lakh and max more than 24 lakh and above as well
