Does TCS manager knows the salary of an EP candidate. Suppose my manager is in TCS from past 15 yrs and i joined TCS with 3yrs experience and working in his project from past 2 years will he have idea of my salary? Any managers please do comment

If your manager in question was involved in your hiring process, he would know. Otherwise chances are less. The manager can make a rough guess by seeing cost reports.

There are scenarios where EP has demanded beyond the allocated budget for a position and the manager has to work with the delivery partner isu heads to get approval otherwise in the system there is no provision to check salary of associates
